Grant reports

Every recipient of a grant must issue an electronic report on the use of the grant to the foundation. A new grant will not be paid if the previous grant has not been reported. By signing the grant-application, an applicant commits himself or herself to furnishing an electronic report on the use of the grant.

Research grant for 2016–2017 must be reported no later than 15 December 2017. If a project is extended, a report must be submitted no later than 31 March 2020.

Reports on grants for professional training and projects must be submitted as soon as they are completed, but nevertheless no later than 31 March 2018. If you intend to apply for a new grant in 2018 please send your report no later than 15.12.2017.

All grant reports since 2014  forward should be made electronically using the appropriate form. In addition, a signed paper copy must be sent to the Foundation. The link Application and report forms contains application forms as well as report forms for research grants and professional training and project grants. Please, use the same user name and password you did when you applied for the grant. Fill in the form, send it electronically and take a paper copy of it. It is also possible to append any pertinent information or papers to a research report. Reports concerning professional training and project grants should have either the certificate of attendance attached or evidence of fulfilling the project. No receipts are required.

The foundation reserves the right to recover the grant if not used for the applied purpose.
